Are You Earning Up to Your Potential?

Most personal trainers are undervaluing their time and skills. Our Personal trainer Revenue Calculator helps you find out what you should be making, and how to get there.

No guesswork. Just real numbers.

Imagine a world where every potential client who comes your way becomes a loyal advocate for your brand. It's not just a dream; it's achievable with the right tools and strategy. Email marketing isn't just about sending emails—it's about building relationships, fostering trust, and guiding potential customers through a journey tailored just for them. By integrating FitBudd and MailChimp, you're bridging two powerful platforms and setting the stage for unparalleled growth. Let's dive into this game-changing experience.

Synchronized Leads: Your Foundation for Success

Email marketing can be one of the most powerful ways to nurture leads and build long-term client relationships, especially when you combine the automation of Mailchimp with the business management power of FitBudd App. With this seamless integration, personal trainers can automatically sync leads, segment audiences, and deliver personalized email journeys that turn curiosity into commitment. Imagine following up instantly when someone downloads your app or abandons checkout—without lifting a finger. The data shared between the two platforms ensures that every message feels relevant and timely, helping you boost conversions while saving hours of manual work. For trainers looking to scale efficiently, this integration acts like a personal assistant—streamlining marketing, retention, and client management from one central dashboard.

The genius behind the FitBudd-MailChimp alliance lies in the effortless synchronization of your leads. But first, let's define these leads:

App Leads: Each registration on your FitBudd app, be it on iOS or Android, counts as an App Lead. And for those on the Gold Plan, this feature unlocks a treasure trove of potential clientele.

Website Leads: When potential champions drop their email during the FitBudd website checkout process but hold back from completing the purchase, we identify them as Website Leads. These are hidden gems waiting for your touch.

Seamlessly Merge FitBudd and MailChimp: Here's How!

Step 1: Dive into Settings > Connect MailChimp and hit the compelling "Connect" button.

Step 2: The FitBudd dashboard will prompt you to fill out your MailChimp account with your login details. Once inside, tap “Allow” to give FitBudd the nod to join forces.

Step 3: With permissions in place, click Start Sync. This melding might take a moment, depending on how vast your lead universe is.

Post synchronization, FitBudd automatically updates any new leads in your MailChimp account. What is your next move? Craftily guide these leads into becoming dedicated clients.

For your convenience, we tag each synced lead, such as "FitBudd," "Lead," or specific plan tags like "FitLifeAfter40". And when a lead buys in? We remove the "Lead" tag for you. This way, you can easily automate email journeys and organize your contacts.

Now, let's script an automated email narrative for those intrigued souls who leave a trace but don't commit just yet.

Guide to Your First Email Automation Masterpiece:

Login: Step confidently into MailChimp.

Setting The Stage: Begin by navigating to the Customer Journeys homepage. Here, you can craft a new journey from scratch or get inspired by our range of pre-built maps. For this guide, we're starting from scratch.

Click the Automation icon, then Overview.

Opt for Build from scratch.

Assign a catchy Name to your journey, select an Audience, and initiate the journey-building process by clicking Start Building.

Adding the First Brick: The Starting Point:

Click Choose A Starting Point.

Define the activity or event that brings a contact to this journey. For instance, we will use TAGS to usher our email journey to life as we want (FOR EXAMPLE) to nurture leads that share their email IDs but still need to complete the purchase. These contacts will have two tags - FitBudd and Lead

(Optional) Filter participants of this journey using segmenting conditions. For instance, we added the FitBudd tag to ensure no other lead source enters this journey.

Once you have the starting point, let’s wait before sending emails. Let’s give it a break - say an hour (as seen in the screenshot below). Why, you might ask? It’s because the user might still be exploring your plans, and bombarding them with an email as soon as they fill out the form on your app and website can be annoying. And so, your automation will look something like this:

As you can see, we have used Several Journey Points here.

First, we ask the automation to wait for an hour.

Then, after an hour, we ask the automation to check if the Lead Tag is still on.

Finally, the automation will check if particular users still carry the Lead Tag and send the first nurturing email.

Designing the Journey’s Path: Adding Journey Points:

Journey points are the unique rules and actions sculpting your journey. They can range from sending emails, segmenting by percentages, tagging, and more.

To insert a journey point, hover over the '+' icon on the desired step and select 'Add a journey point.

The full suite of actions, rules, and integrations await in the journey point panel.

Bringing Your Journey to Life:

Once satisfied with your crafted journey map, click Continue. If you've set a marketing objective, you'll instead see Turn On.

Set or verify your marketing objective (this aids Mailchimp in providing targeted recommendations).

Activate your journey by clicking Turn On.

Before you leave, here’s a short example of what your first (yet effective) email journey might look like:

Email 1 (Immediate): Warmly acknowledge their curiosity. Dangle a tantalizing teaser or incentive.

Email 2 (2 days in): Unveil success stories or glowing testimonials. Paint the picture of the value they stand to gain.

Email 3 (5 days deep): Offer an irresistible, time-sensitive deal to usher them toward commitment.

Always keep it genuine, personal, and relevant. Make your prospects feel seen, valued, and catered to.

Blending FitBudd and MailChimp isn't just integration—it's the evolution of your brand's potential. It isn't about mere numbers or transactions but building lasting, meaningful relationships. Take the leap, inspire, and watch your community and paying customers thrive.
