
"About Gazi, The Heart Behind GaziZenFit I’ve always believed that fitness is more than just movement, it’s a way to rebuild yourself from the inside out. My journey started long before GaziZenFit. I grew up loving sports and the feeling of strength that comes from pushing your limits, but it wasn’t until I moved to Canada that fitness became something deeper, a grounding force through change, uncertainty, and growth. As a Ph.D. candidate and personal trainer, I’ve learned that the body and mind are never separate. The discipline that fuels your workouts is the same energy that helps you show up for your goals, your health, and your life. That belief shaped the philosophy behind GaziZenFit: to train mindfully, move powerfully, and live fully. With over ten years of experience in health, wellness, and research, I combine science-based training with a human approach. My programs are personal because I know how personal every journey is; no two stories are the same, and no two paths to strength should be either. Whether you train in person, online, or wherever life takes you, my goal is to help you feel strong, balanced, and confident in your own body, not just for a season, but for life. This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about finding your balance, owning your power, and realizing that you are capable of far more than you think."
