
"My fitness journey hasn’t been linear, and that’s exactly why I coach the way I do. I began training from a place of survival. Structure, movement, and discipline became tools that helped me rebuild my body and develop real strength and confidence. Later, chronic illness required me to relearn everything I thought I knew about fitness. Recovery, nervous system regulation, nutrition, detoxing and listening to my body became essential. I rebuilt myself again, physically and mentally. Today, I coach with the understanding that strength looks different at every stage of life. My approach is rooted in sustainability, adaptability, and real support because I have experienced both ends of the spectrum. This isn’t about quick fixes or aesthetics alone. It’s about building a body and a life you can maintain."
