Step 1: Enter Your Client's Details
In Guided Mode, fill in your client's profile using the dropdown fields. In Chat Mode, describe your client's situation in your own words.
The inputs include:
- Client name: used to label and personalize the output
- Goal: your client's primary training objective, such as fat loss, muscle building, or strength
- Location: where your client trains, which determines what equipment the plan is built around
- Intensity: the training intensity level for the session
- Workout type: the format of training, such as strength, HIIT, or circuit work
- Duration: how long each session should be
- Age: used to inform appropriate programming for your client
- Target areas: the muscle groups or body regions to focus on
- Injuries: any existing limitations the AI should be aware of when building the plan
- Notes (optional): any additional context or preferences
The more specific your inputs, the more relevant the output.
