Led by Coach Tee—bringing coaching experience since 1984— with the support of his wife, Monique, and daughter, Cha’Teedra, our team is committed to fostering growth, integrity, and excellence both on and off the field. As a USATF- and NFHS-certified coach, Coach Tee provides a safe, supportive environment using proven training methods for Olympians, Paralympians, and athletes ages 14 and up. Our club offers comprehensive training, coaching, academic, and college prep services. We strive to attract new athletes, showcase our innovative training methods, and celebrate the success stories within our community. Named after Coach Tee's first track & field coach, Albert Alicea, in Frankfurt, Germany, Alicea Track Club stands out for its personalized approach to coaching and development.
