Life pushed me in every direction. Losing my father at a young age, living through orphanages, and surviving through faith shaped my entire identity. My adoption father introduced me to working out. I could not even do a single pull up. I threw up after my first workout. I started from zero, and I understand the beginner’s journey better than anyone. I owe all success to God and him. BROTHERHOOD AND PURPOSE The Moment VitaFlex Was Born A close friend of mine was bullied for being overweight. People laughed at him and tried to break his spirit. One day, I decided that enough was enough. We began waking up together at 5:15 every morning. We trained side by side, rep by rep, until he started to see himself differently. This was more than just fitness; it was loyalty and brotherhood. My own passion for lifting began with my father. My first workout ended with me struggling and even throwing up. Pull-ups seemed like a superpower to me back then. I asked my dad how anyone could do them, and he simply said: focus and push yourself. That early lesson is the heartbeat of VitaFlex.
