I teach Circuit & Strength Training Cardio Dance, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Cycling, & Functional Stretching classes, to name a few. I strive to help people reach their fitness goals by teaching and motivating them to push past their “comfort zone” and change their mindset towards fitness & food.
