
"I created this program because I saw a real need in youth training. As a mom, I watched my own kids struggle with strength, posture, injuries, focus, and confidence — even while being active in sports. And after my own journey through physical therapy and Pilates, I realized how powerful this style of movement is for the body and the mind. nXcore grew from a simple idea: If we give kids the right movement tools early, we set them up for success everywhere. I’m trained in Pilates-based movement, and have left my corporate career to work with my kids on functional development, and cognitive/reactive and functional development training. But more importantly — I understand kids. I know how to motivate them, challenge them, support them, and help them feel proud of themselves. Ask my kids, they hate it at times, but love the results they see in themselves. My goal is simple: Create a space where kids and teens feel strong, capable, and confident — inside and out, anytime, anywhere. Every student matters here. Every effort counts. And every training session is a step toward their nX strongest self."
