How Much Does Everfit Cost?
Everfit offers three main plans, with different tools and client limits:
- Starter: Free for up to five clients. Includes workout delivery, progress tracking, tasks and direct messages.
- Pro: Starts at $19/month. Adds nutrition tracking, habit coaching, questionnaires and reusable training programs.
- Studio: Starts at $105/month. Includes Pro’s tools plus group communication and workout collections clients can browse themselves.
The Everfit pricing page lists these monthly subscriptions:
Starter is free for up to five clients. Studio’s smallest subscription covers 50 clients. Prices exclude optional features and payment processing.
Everfit’s Studio plan, which includes group chats, messages sent to multiple clients, and a workout library clients can browse, starts at $105 a month for 50 clients. If you coach 25 people, half those places remain unused.
Capterra reviewer Veronika P. wrote:
“I really wish the Studio features were available at a lower client threshold, such as 25 or 30 clients.”
You want to give your existing clients more support and more ways to train, so those extra tools are appealing. But getting them means paying for a 50-client plan, even when only 25 clients are bringing in revenue.
Everfit advertises 16% savings with annual billing, paid upfront. Its terms state that subscription refunds are not granted, so test your coaching workflow before committing.
Choose the plan that supports your service, then select the client capacity you need.
What Does Everfit Cost as Your Business Grows?
Suppose you have 30 clients and expect three more to join next month. Everfit’s 35-client Pro plan costs $75 a month, and those signups fit within the same subscription.
At 30 clients, that works out to $2.50 per person. At 33, it becomes $2.27. Fill all 35 places, and it falls to $2.14.
Your revenue can grow while the base subscription stays the same.
Calculated from Everfit’s monthly pricing, excluding optional features and payment processing.
The subscription changes when you move beyond a plan’s client limit. Going from 35 to 36 clients requires the 50-client plan, increasing the monthly price from $75 to $95.
Now put that increase beside your coaching revenue. If the new client pays $200 a month, the $20 subscription increase leaves $180 before payment fees and the cost of coaching them. The upgrade can make business sense, provided you have time to serve that client well.
Some coaches would still prefer smaller increments. Capterra reviewer Joni S. wanted:
“an option for adding 5 clients at a time on the Pro Plan”
She nevertheless rated Everfit five stars and praised its affordability.
Look at the next subscription increase alongside the revenue and workload of taking on more clients. That gives you a better growth decision than the advertised price per person alone.
The next check is which parts of that routine require a separate purchase.
Which Everfit Add-Ons Are Worth Paying For?
An add-on earns its place when you can name the job it will do every week. Capterra reviewer Terryn A. wrote:
“the add ons are cool but not always worth the extra cost.”
She also praised having workouts, progress, communication and resources together for her online and in-person clients.
Autoflow: When You Repeat the Same Assignments
Imagine a six-week challenge with twenty participants. Everyone needs Monday’s workout, Friday’s progress questions and a weekly reminder.
Autoflow lets you schedule those activities for the group, leaving you to review answers and adjust individual coaching.
The count includes clients who participated in an active Autoflow during the past month. Annual Autoflow costs $290 upfront for the first 30 participants, with additional participation charges billed monthly.
Start with one process you repeat every week. Keep Autoflow if the time it saves justifies the charge.
Meal Plans: Are You Reviewing Food or Planning Meals?
If you review food logs and help clients reach nutrition targets, Pro already includes tools for that.
If your package promises recipes, meal suggestions, and ingredient alternatives, the $39/month Meal Plans & Recipe Books add-on supports that more detailed service. Without it, Pro and Studio allow twenty custom recipes; the meal-plan generator requires the add-on.
Buy it when detailed meal planning is part of the service clients pay you to deliver.
The workout library needs a different calculation: adding it to Pro can cost more than choosing Studio.
On-Demand Collections: What Happens Between Coaching Sessions?
A client opens the app with 20 minutes available and wants something suitable to do. A library containing short workouts, mobility sessions, and longer training options lets them choose from content you’ve prepared.
Everfit calls this On-Demand Collections. It starts at $25 a month on Pro and is included in Studio.
This can support a coaching offer built around flexible access to your content. You create the library, explain how to choose an appropriate session and keep the options useful.
If every client follows a tightly assigned program, however, an additional library may have little role in their routine.
Buy On-Demand when clients have a clear reason to use it. Once you need it, compare Pro with the add-on against Studio’s included library and group tools.
Everfit Pro + On-Demand vs. Studio
Think of your workout library as a shelf inside the app. You stock it with workouts and programs; clients open it and choose what to follow.

Everfit lets you build that shelf in two ways: add On-Demand Collections to Pro, or choose Studio, which includes it.
Monthly billing. Excludes automation, advanced nutrition, payments and paid video storage. Sources: Everfit pricing.
With up to 35 clients, choose Pro plus On-Demand if you only need the workout library. With 36–100 clients, Studio offers better or equal pricing and adds group chats and messages to multiple clients.
Now if you plan to fill that library with videos uploaded directly to Everfit, storage is another cost to check.
What If You Upload Your Own Videos?
The library is the shelf; storage is the space your video files occupy. Everfit includes 20 GB free, with paid options for larger libraries:
These charges apply to videos uploaded directly to Everfit. Linking to videos hosted elsewhere does not use this uploaded-video storage. Studio includes the library, but larger storage still costs extra.
For example,
Studio for 50 clients ($105/month)+50 GB videostorage($18/month) = $123/month
Excludes other add-ons and payment processing.
Storage used = existing videos + new uploads − deleted videos
Deleting videos frees space. To lower the bill, schedule a smaller storage plan once your files fit its limit. The lower charge starts the next billing cycle.
Check the size of your video library before buying storage. Start with the included space and upgrade when your files require it.
Once you’ve chosen how to deliver coaching, the next question is how much collecting payments costs.
What Does Collecting Payments Through Everfit Cost?
With bank transfers or separate payment links, you may need to check another account to see who has paid.
Everfit’s Payments & Packages puts client purchases and payment status alongside their coaching records. You pay $9/month, plus a fee on each payment.
For a US-based coaching business:
Everfit charges 3.15% + $0.30 for US-issued cards and 4.65% + $0.30 for international cards. Both include Stripe’s processing fees. Payment-fee documentation
G2 reviewer Chelsea K. wrote:
“in-app payment processing fees take a noticeable cut of revenue.”
She also described payment processing as simple and rated Everfit five stars.
What If Twenty Clients Each Pay You $200?
Assuming all twenty payments use US-issued cards:
Collecting $4,000 costs you $141 that month, or $7.05 per client. That money covers payment collection; your coaching-platform subscription and other business costs still need to come out.
A user in r/personaltraining who reported using Everfit advised:
“Build the price of your software into your rate.”
When setting your coaching price, work from what you keep after these deductions. Charging $200 per client does not leave $200 available to pay yourself.
The next consideration is when that money becomes available.
When Does Your Payment Reach Your Bank?
Payouts typically take about a week for the first payment and 2–3 days thereafter, with identity verification completed. These are expected timings, not guaranteed dates. Everfit purchase and payout guidance
Choosing payments through Everfit when keeping purchases and coaching together saves enough administration to justify the fees.
Refunds, disputed charges and failed renewals need a separate check.
What Happens With Refunds, Disputes and Failed Payments?
A client pays for a month, then changes jobs and stops halfway through. Everfit does not automatically decide whether they receive a full refund, half back or no refund. Your agreed cancellation terms determine that.
You can issue a full or partial refund, but you do not return the original processing fee.
For a $200 payment made with a US-issued card:
These are example policies, not automatic Everfit rules. The figures exclude software subscriptions and coaching already delivered.
Explain refund terms before clients pay. Canceling future billing and returning an existing payment are separate actions.
What If a Client Disputes a Charge?
A dispute happens when a client asks their bank to challenge the payment.
For US accounts, the opening fee is $15 and non-refundable. Contesting costs another $15, returned only if you win.
These fees exclude the disputed payment itself.
Keep purchase terms and coaching records. Before contesting, weigh the payment amount against the extra fee and your evidence.
What If a Client Misses a Monthly Payment?
Suppose the client’s next $200 payment is due today, but their card is declined. The invoice becomes overdue, while their subscription and access to the package’s training content remain active.

Even after they update the card, you must retry the charge manually. Everfit allows one retry per day.

Review the payment, refund, and access separately when someone leaves. Stopping future charges, returning money, and ending training access are three different decisions.
With those situations clear, we can put the regular subscriptions and processing fees into one monthly budget.
What Would Your Monthly Everfit Bill Look Like?
If twenty clients each pay you $200 through Everfit using US-issued cards, you collect $4,000 and pay $132 in processing fees.
With the last setup, $4,000 collected − $258 in costs = $3,742 left for your business, before taxes and other expenses.
Removing an add-on later? Client access to its content ends at renewal. Your content stays in your coach account and can become accessible again when you restore the add-on.
Now compare that complete setup with what other platforms include.
