Feature of the month: MailChimp Connect with FitBudd

MailChimp Connect

We have made it super-easy for you to collect leads generated via FitBudd and nurture them using MailChimp campaigns and mailers.

Now you can seamlessly connect FitBudd with MailChimp to sync leads received on your FitBudd website and app to your MailChimp account.

Type of Leads

1. App Leads: New Signups on your iOS and Android app are considered App Leads. Only available on the Gold Plan.
2. Website Leads: Customers who put in their email during checkout on your FitBudd Website but do not complete the purchase are considered Website Leads.

How to Connect MailChimp?

Step 1: Go to Settings > Connect MailChimp and click on Connect

Step 2: Log into your MailChimp account and then click on “Allow” to authorize FitBudd.

Step 3: Once authorized, MailChimp will be connected and you can sync your existing leads by clicking Start Sync. It may take some time to sync.

The new leads will be pushed instantly without you requiring anything to do. All you will need to do is nurture and convert them. :)

▪️ Synced leads will be tagged with "FitBudd" & "Lead" tags.

▪️ When a lead converts to an active customer, the "Lead" tag will be removed.
